In this artwork i showcase the euphoric and nostalgic feeling 90s and early 2000s kids would get when first introduced to the internet (world wide web/www). It was a endless world of games, programs and opportunities. We would stay up late, way past our bedtime, surfing the web. Quietly typing in the dark on the old clicky keyboard, our faces getting fried by the intense light from the crt screen, praying our parents would not come bursting in! The internet was blooming, it was new and exiting, and very much lifechanging. The artwork highlights old programs, games and cult classics we grew up with. Some are still around, some long forgotten.
